Munroe Island is a small inland island on the outskirts of Kollam district of Kerala. This is where the Ashtamudi lake and Kallada river confluence. Munroe island is a combination of 8 islands separated by small channels. The Main Attraction here is Canoeing in the small canals and experiencing village life.

Best time to Visit here is by morning 6 am to witness the Sunrise Or in the Evening after 5 pm to witness Sunset.

2. Parambikulam Tiger Reserve, Palghat

Parambikulam Tiger Reserve is the Second Tiger reserve in Kerala after Periyar National Park. It is situated in Palakkad district of Kerala. It is the most protected forests stretches in the Western Ghats which lies in the Nelliyampathy-Anamalai forest area of Western Ghat.

Things you should not miss here is the jungle safari and a Trek in the wilderness of Parambikulam. It is a thrilling experience.

3. Ponmudi Hill Station, Thiruvananthapuram

Ponmudi is a misty hill station situated in Thiruvananthapuram District of Kerala. It is 3000 feet above sea level with an idyllic view of the green hills. It has a lot to offer you on its way varying form forest, tea plantation, grasslands and a lot more. Ponmudi is a part of western ghats and is surrounded by some Wildlife sanctuary.

It located at a distance of 55Km from Thiruvananthapuram Bus Stop. Ponmudi is easily accessible by KSRTC Bus and two-wheeler.



4. Adavi Ecotourism, Pathanamthitta

Adavi is an eco-tourism run by Kerala tourism mainly known for its coracle (Bowl Boat ) Ride. it is situated in Pathanamthitta district almost 70 Km From Kollam and about 12 Km from Konni.

Adavi tourism department has made every possible way to keep the place clean and more connected to nature. The coracle ride will cost you Rs 400/- for 4 adults + 1 child.

If you are visiting Adavi then you must not miss this waterfall just 2 Km away from this spot.

5. Kadammakudy Island, Kochi

Kadammakudy is a small island village located at the outskirts of Kochi. Kadamakkudy is located almost 16m from Eranakulam. This is very pristine and a serene place to spend an evening.

The Village feel and the life of people leaving here is worth watching and experiencing. If you are visiting Kadamakkudy, Make sure you visit the nearby toddy shop to taste some authentic Kerala food.
